Terms of Service

Welcome to EdgeFinder ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EdgeFinder's platform, services and content (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users worldwide, regardless of country of residence or access. Nothing in them limits any mandatory legal right or protection that applies to you under the law of your country of residence. If any provision is unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, the remaining provisions stay in full force.

EdgeFinder provides statistical analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial, investment or betting advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.

EdgeFinder is a sports analytics product. We publish statistical models, AI-generated analysis of player propositions, historical performance data, and the reasoning behind each pick.

EdgeFinder is not a sportsbook, broker, or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, process or settle wagers, we do not hold customer funds for wagering, and we are not affiliated with the sportsbooks whose lines we display. Any bet you place is placed by you, with a third party, at your own risk. See our Responsible Gambling notice.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Confidence scores, win rates and ROI figures describe how the models have performed historically and are not a prediction or a promise.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. By using them you confirm that you meet that minimum.

Gambling laws and minimum gambling ages differ by jurisdiction and are often higher than our account minimum. You are solely responsible for confirming that sports betting is legal where you are and that you meet the legal gambling age there before acting on anything published on EdgeFinder.

Using a VPN, proxy or other anonymising technology to circumvent geographic restrictions is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@edgefinder.ca promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you purchase. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

We do not receive or store your full card number. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.

Subscription fees are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you are not billed again, and you keep access until the period ends.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, that right applies in addition to this section. Contact support@edgefinder.ca to exercise it.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
• circumvent geographic or age restrictions
• access the Services by automated means — scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction — without our written permission
• resell, redistribute, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit our data, picks or analysis
• share account credentials, or provide access to more people than your plan permits
• interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services

All content, trademarks, models and other intellectual property in the Services are owned by EdgeFinder or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Statistics, schedules, odds and betting lines are supplied by third-party data providers. We take reasonable care but do not warrant that third-party data is accurate, complete or current, and lines in particular move continuously — a line shown here may no longer be available at any sportsbook.

The Services may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will prove accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeFinder and its owners, affiliates and partners are not liable for any gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EdgeFinder, its officers, employees and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for other lawful reasons. You may close your account at any time. On termination your right to use the Services ends; sections that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — survive.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date, and where required by law we will notify you directly. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration in Kelowna, British Columbia, under the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, or limits any non-waivable right you have to bring a claim in your local courts or before a consumer body.
